It has a very peaceful and relaxing setting with garden and pool courtyard and the local area is very much normal Balinise village, street life, the beach is very close, its is full of fishermen, boats and beach Warang's the real Bali deal. It was my first introduction to Bali and it was a good place to start the bugget holiday, slow down and go with the flow.

The bath had cracks in it and the bath was the only place to shower so I suspect the room below was damp. A cockroach shared my bed the first night so I slept with the light on each night after that!
The door would not shut on the latch - such a simple thing - but I had to lock myself in to keep the door shut - and then take the key out to use to activate the electricity.

Our stay in the Puri Royan was excellent and we can recommend it to other tourists. It is very near to the magnificient beach of Jimbaran and his rates are ten times cheaper than the other hotels in the area.
The personnal is very friendly and can give you good informations about the area. They arrange transports to Bali and
to the airport. When we left, they prepared especially the breakfast at 5h.30 in the morning for us. Thenk you for your help in founding this hotel and best wishes.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Great place, almost feels like home, help yourself to the refrigerator for beers. Fresh cooked basic breakfast. Quiet place. A couple of mins walk to the beach. All in all highly recommended.

We found the Villa Puri Royan to be a fantastic budget hotel. Could do with a little refurbish but for the price it was good value. Great swimming pool and a delicous breakfast each morning.It's postion was good; close to the air port, and in between of the busy Kuta and the surf beaches of the Bukit Peninsula. The staff were friendly and always ready to serve. Compliments to the manager Hindra who always welcomed us with a smile, thank you for your service.
